Nambucca is an attractive seaside town on the Pacific Hwy between Kempsey and Coffs Harbour at the
mouth of the Nambucca River. White sandy beaches, and a temperate climate make it ideal for fishing, swimming, boating and surfing. In Wellington Drive is the V-Wall Breakwater, a rock wall known as the 'Graffiti Gallery' where you are encouraged to add your own contribution to the many sketches, poems and paintings which provide an opportunity for contemplation and reflection. The Headland Historical Museum in the Headland Reserve has a collection of historic photographs and memorabilia of the region, and the Model Train Museum in Pelican Crescent displays miniature models of well know trains including 'The Ghan' and the 'Indian Pacific'. Nambucca Heads is a popular holiday destination and has much to offer. You will need to book accommodation in advance at holiday times.
