The cheeses are actually made on the premises and include Brie, Camembert, Swiss, Havarti, Cheddar, Washed Rind, Neufchatel, Club, Gouda, Blue, Gruyere, Raclette, Tilsit, Emmetaler and more.
Other produce i available on your visit with Tasmanian wine, shorbreads, honey, mustards, sauces, chocolates and truffles on display. Staff can put together a picnic or gourmet gift basket, and there are accessories available like cheese boards made from Tasmanian timber.
