EXPLORING THE DANDENONGS & YARRA VALLEY.

Take the freeway to Dandenong or the Maroondah Hwy to Healesville to begin this tour.
The Puffing Billy Steam Railway is at the southern end of the ranges and the wineries of the Yarra Valley are at the northern end. Between the two are superb mountain drives and near Healesville the Sanctuary is one of Victoria's most popular and long established attractions.
There are a number of B&Bs in the region and you will find some of them using the area search at right. For accommodation is specific towns use the Accommodation link at left and type in the town name.
While only a short drive from Melbourne there is so much to see in the Dandenongs region it is wise to book in somewhere overnight to visit the many attractions.
