EXPLORING THE MURRAY VALLEY.

The Murray Valley Highway follows the Murray River between Corryong in the east and Robinvale in the west, some 500km.
Many roads criss-cross the highway from both north and south and you cannot enter Victoria on the western side of the alps from the north without crossing the river between these two towns.
Many people travelling to or from the snowfields in Victoria from Adelaide use this route which is more direct than the Western Hwy.

Wilkins Tourist Maps produce a map in this area. You can pick up an Echuca map from accommodation houses and some information centres in towns in this area.
