The Convent Gallery at Daylesford.

One of Victoria's most interesting areas with lush vegetation and forests, lakes, beautiful mountains and attractive historic buildings. The Hepburn Springs are renowned for their therapeutic qualities and the Hepburn Springs Mineral Waters are sold nationally and internationally to an increasing market. A health complex provides spas, sauna and therapeutic pools for bathing, or the visitor can help themselves to the waters from a series of pumps along the waterway.
Hepburn Springs and Daylesford are twin towns and there are attractions to visit in both. Lake Daylesford and Jubilee Lake in daylesford offer water recreation and pleasant picnic spots, and the whole area is scattered with coffee lounges and restaurants. The Convent Gallery in Daylesford is one of Australia's finest art & craft galleries.
