Ski resort high in the Snowy Mountains National Park. Scenic bushwalks in summer. Access is via the Great Alpine Road from Bairnsdale or Bright. Chains will need to be fitted to wheels in the high season. There are 14 lifts with the longest run around 2.5km. There is a small airport near the resort which is the highest in Australia and operates intermittently. Check first.
