Portsea is at the south-western end of the Mornington Peninsula near the Point
Nepean National Park. It is renowned for the spectacular coastline around the
town and its beaches.
Popular as a holiday destination for residents of Melbourne, it has an excellent golf course, and is an ideal touring centre for several national parks on the peninsula.
